 360 acres of recreational hunting property that borders hundreds of acres of State owned land. If your search is focused on excellent wildlife habitat, then this will be hard to beat. One mile from one of Oklahoma's top catfish and crappie lakes, Lake Atoka, and you will have access to a fully stocked and state maintained 7 acre lake. This property has 9 ponds and lakes. New roads throughout, which traverse the elevations, north,south,east and west. Nice rock formations for character, but not enough to overpower the topography. Excellent fencing surrounds entire property. The cabin is nicely furnished with two bedrooms, and a bunk room. It will sleep 8, and has nice very spacious front and back porches. You will be able to view wildlife from the cabin every day. Also has two additional buildings, one of which is a 1,300 sq. foot barn, complete with electricity, and enough storage for several ATVs and general storage. Has several built in benches, with new rock gravel inside and out. The last building is a small area designed for storage, and/or a deer and fish cleaning station. Also has an elevated shooting platform with two fluorescent range boards at 100 and 200 yards. Main road to property are maintained by the county, and 1 mile from state highway 43W. Ranch is 2 hours from DFW, and a very easy drive. When you schedule a showing, please allow for 3 hour tour. It will take that long to see this property. We have ATV's available for that purpose.
