LOCATION: LeFlore County, OK., less than 4 hrs from Dallas, 3
hrs-OKC, 2hrs-Tulsa, 1hr-Ft.Smith.
SITE: 640 acres m/l of very diversified terrain offering excellent wildlife habitat
potential. The property lies on the eastern edge of the Sans Bois Mountains,
and drops through the foothills down to the Brazil Creek bottom land and the
Dog Creek Valley. The slope ranges from strongly sloping on the northern side,
to nearly level on the south and southeast sides. There are two distinct peaks
on the north, two ridge lines, a drainage from the
property as well as Brazil Creek on the southeast corner. The soils range from
Class II through VII. This diversity offers exceptional opportunity to develop
a hunting property of character and quality.
COVER: Presently considered
all timber with a scattering of fields and glades. Mainly
hardwood with a small amount of pine.
ACCESS: Access is from the
north, with county maintained road to within a half mile of the property. There
are well service roads to and across the property. Other access is restricted

WILDLIFE: Deer, turkey,
small game. In an area that is noted for exceptional whitetail deer. Many top
scoring bucks have been taken from this area in recent years. Excellent development potential for wildlife.

WATER/STREAMS: Brazil Creek is on the SE portion of
property. One major drain leaves the property. Several
apparent sites to which reservoir construction should be possible.
COMMENTS: An isolated
tract, yet with with access that offers a hunters
dream. The terrain, while diverse, is not extreme, allowing for development for
wildlife in the form of habitat, foodplots, blinds
and stands. The numerous ridges, valleys, draws, vista views offer great
hunting and recreational use, with fishing and arrowhead hunting on Brazil
