    LOCATION: 10 Miles South of Muskogee.

     

    LAND DESCRIPTION: Excellent Pasture grasses and Bluestem Hay Meadows, Bermuda and Native grasses.  Good deep soils of Bate, Dennis, Taloka and Parson Silt Loam.  75% of the pasture can be mowed for hay production in Section 15 and 16.  There is some timber hill land in both Sections 15 and 16, together being approximately 100 acres.  Section 22 is both open land and scattered timber with good grass.
