miles SW of a small rural mountain community with a church, community center and
convenience store. An all weather county
maintained road provides access.
TOPOGRAPHY: The property is level to moderately sloping
with a wet weather stream and waterfall.

adjoining property. The property adjoins
National Forest and provides deer, turkey and squirrel hunting that is so
