The Oklahoma area is designed to have 10 highly qualified representatives strategically placed across the State. These individuals will have a proprietary support system that provides them with listing leads and buyer leads. This proprietary support combination has proven to be highly effective. All associates are reqired to be a member of the NAR, OAR, RLI National and the Oklahoma REALTORS Land Institute Chapter.

Individuals must have an agricultural background, have a proven work ethic and be able to articulate business finance, accounting and best practices concerning farming, ranching and timber operations.
